The upcoming releases, 3.12.1 and 20230512125022, will introduce new telemetry functionality. Initially, it will not be enabled by default, but in a future release, we plan to activate it as the default setting. Rest assured, we will keep our customers informed about this change through our newsletter and release notes. It is important to note that this feature does not have any performance impact on your applications.
The collected telemetry data will play a crucial role in generating a comprehensive testing and feature roadmap. For self-hosted console users, it's necessary to update their console-app to get the latest CLI version. Once updated, you can activate telemetry by running the following command:

We've also initiated a new phase of release testing, employing telemetry data. This approach ensures all our new releases comprehensively address at least 99% of rack parameter usage. Our mission is to continue improving our performance and features while maintaining reliability.
k8s 1.24 update: With the recent k8s 1.24 update, the use of docker shims has been deprecated. As a result, we have switched to using buildkit to build our docker images. This will help us ensure that our products are up-to-date and running smoothly.
